Ryouran High School is a private arts academy in Japan that attracts young talents in various filed such as music, dance, and fashion. Students are required to create and maintain an account on video streaming app HaLive. All evaliations are based on their appearance, including their 'head'.

The one who was scouted by this school was a recluse who became a legend for her singing talent alone, while hiding her real name on the Internet. It was my sister, Ko-Eki.
The school is split into 5 departments [1]:

- Department of Talent
- Department of Creators

- All current students must obtain and operate an account at ICHIHARAIBU.
- The account created by the student must be used for video posting and distribution activities.
- The amount of the monthly living allowance is based on the account's rating. The evaluation is judged comprehensively by referring to the number of views, "Likes," and the amount of money thrown in that month.
